“Laissez les bons temps rouler” is a Cajun French saying that means “Let the good times roll”, and that’s the best way we know how to explain our fun and exciting After Party’s. Friday night is a all out ETA jam session, with all the ETA’s singing and playing different instruments throughout the night. Saturday night is a special Mardi Gras themed After Party. Dress up! Dress down! We don’t care, just grab your Mardi Gras beads and mask and come party with us.
